Dr. Michelle Zhou is the co-founder and CEO of Juji. She previously led the USER group at IBM Research and the IBM Watson Group. Michelle specializes in intelligent user interaction, including conversational AI systems and personality analytics. She is the inventor of IBM Watson Personality Insights. Michelle has published over 100 scientific articles and holds 45+ patents. Michelle holds a PhD in Computer Science from Columbia University.
